BOUQUET AND TASTE:
An ethereal bouquet with evident notes of fruit, blending perfectly with spicy hints of cinnamon and sweet scents of liquorice. Dry, soft and round on the palate with a lingering aftertaste characterised by very delicate tannin.

Maremma tortelli with ragout, "gnocco fritto" with charcuterie, curry chicken, rabbit stew with Taggiasche olives, red pizza with Provola cheese and speck.
